Clinical Apheresis and Stem Cell Harvesting

We provide mobile clinical apheresis services to public and private hospitals across South Africa. Our highly skilled nurses and apheresis machines travel to the patient’s bedside in the hospital to perform these procedures. Our Services Include:


  1. Therapeutic plasma exchange for haematological, neurological and renal diseases;
  2. Leukapheresis for hyperleukocytosis;
  3. Red cell exchange for sickle cell disease and malaria and
  4. Thrombocytopheresis.

Our mobile hematopoietic stem cell collection service for bone marrow transplant patients is internationally accredited to JACIE standards and we support over 300 transplant patients per year. We also provide mononuclear cell collections and leukapheresis services for clinical trials.
